Fall in Arkansas

Because the Fall down here in Arkie land [Ed. NOTE: "home" of W. Jefferson Clinton] was uncommonly beautiful, or so the natives tell us, we here at un-ful-PHIL-ed wanted to capture alittle bit of it for y'all. Since the computer interface does not allow for leaves blowing in your face or massive rainstorms, you'll just have to settle for pictures like these:







Pretty purdy, eh? The pictures don't even come close to doing justice to the natural beauty of the Natural State this Fall. But, shucks, since we are only amateur photographers, what'd y'all expect? We think the amazing variation in colors is due to the fact that we got alot of rain this year, unlike the last couple years which have been pretty dry for Arkansas standards. [EDITOR'S NOTE: the natives say that during 'Nam the U.S. Army used Arkansas for jungle warfare training (that's right JUNGLE warfare!) because of the humidity and high volume of critters]

It's a picture of the neighbor's tree. Unbeknownst to us, the neighbors were just getting ready to pull into their driveway when we took the photo. Needless to say, it was a little awkward bit of a situation.
