Programming Note

Sorry about the dearth of posts recently but between writing a law review article and playing online chess, there just isn't any time. Oh, and the kids sometimes need my attention too, which is annoying. The good news is that the article has been accepted for publication and is done (except for the author edits after the admin and galley)! The bad news is that the Mrs. may have to endure me writing ANOTHER article because I've got a great idea that the editors of a different law review are interested in publishing. However, that article won't have to be finished until late August so, procrastinator that I am, I probably won't start it for a while. So, until then, enjoy the new blog content!
